What do you mean? The staff is excellent. Cordial, always smiling, available. The chef creates wonderful associations of flavor that, although always equal, can enhance the palate in a unique and unforgettable experience. The fusion cuisine helps to appreciate even better a raw material, the fish, carefully chosen and selected to ensure every day quality and taste. The club lends itself to this type of experience. Essential but sought after. Developed on two floors offers both the possibility of a shared partnership with other people and a particular confidentiality, where to share a personal experience with an important person. The wines offered are phenomenal, above all, and of course, the whites, like the mudguard, a great classic, or the argiolas, beautiful discovery several times travelled. The open sushi formula allows everyone, lovers and not, to enjoy the mysterious discovery of an oriental world projected, with great care and dedication, in the precise center of Brianza.
An excellent example of All-you-can-eat that works. This is not the classic Japanese restaurant to which we are accustomed, in addition to the classic nigiri, tartare etc. at Barracuda you will find special ingredients such as mango, beef in substitution of fish, zucchini, truffle cream, rice and much more. It is probably a mistake to use the term fusion, but only so I can give the idea of the incredible result achieved by this restaurant. The quality of the ingredients is very high, the taste and freshness of the fish are spectacular, the dishes are all delicious, the balance between the flavors is almost perfect. I tasted 10 bring different, there is nothing that has not impressed me for goodness. A further positive note: the wait. We are all accustomed (male) to eat as maybenates in restaurants with all-you-can-eat formula, ordering dozens of portions at a time. I'm sorry, people, you can't be here. In fact, for each round you can order only 2 dishes. Of course you can do all the laps you want and eat until you burst, there are no limits, but you will always be served and anyway two dishes at a time. I think it's a fantastic solution, that in fact obliges us customers to taste every dish as it deserves, if at the beginning of the dinner I crooked the nose...I had to rebelieve!I had dinner for the first time at the Barracuda with a group of friends and at the end of the evening we seemed to be obliged to make our most sincere compliments directly to the cook who gave us a wonderful dinner. I think I have said everything, for 26€ drinks and desserts excluded this restaurant offers an incredible culinary experience, I recommend you to go and live this adventure!The photos say a lot, but the taste much more.P.S. I was here last night for the first time and I went out more than satisfied! The Tiger Roll was spectacular and the roll with the truffle I loved. The best tartare, according to me, is the blueberry salmon there is not much free parking, but a few steps there is parking for a fee, which does not cost so much. I will return : D
