Beefa Burger - Moonee Beach Australia

The B.F.C Japanese karaage fried chicken, kewpie mayo, lettuce, pickled daikon, tomato, pickled ginger, BEEFA special Sauce on brioche. This lil burger took my straight back to the streets of Harajuku with its first bite and i stayed there with every bite after. Light crispy batter with succulently juicy chicken with the most subtle presence of mirin that was there in every bite. Absolutely delicious and had me salivating through the entire eat. A brainchild of its creator, its like a lil slice of japan i can enjoy back home. Crisp fresh lettuce and vibrant red tomato. Perfectly balanced burger. There is nothing i would change, its a perfect little burger that mesmerises and entices the senses!

I had the van damn burger today. Has to be one of the best burgers to ever enter my mouth. Had a few ither burgers feom here and they never dissapoint. Get on it
