Coastal Restaurant - Mooney Mooney

Never disappointed when I bring my family to a place I enjoy so much! Staff always welcoming, always look busy but give all the effort they can to make your time worth while but remember they are only human!Food never stops surprising me as it changes 2x a year for summer & winter. Best desserts!!!!! Hot banana pudding is the best yet, if you love home made banana cake at home, def worth the try!!!

A short dive out of Sydney,just off the M1 motorway, sitting overlooking the Hawkesbury river we found The Mooney Mooney Club so we thought we would stop for a coffee and stayed to enjoy the Coastal Restaurant which is located within the club.A dozen Natural and a dozen Kilpatrick oysters followed by a seafood basket, Sensational, Oh nearly forgot plenty of parking

The freshest, best value seafood platter at $75.00 plenty to eat served on a two tiered Platter. My favourite desert anywhere is the Individual Pavlova. We're regulars :-)

I took some relos from Bundaberg to lunch last week, and they couldn't get over the relaxed atmosphere, along with the stunning views of the Hawkesbury River..If you want a Sat/Sun lunch booking, you need to book a min of 3 weeks out, particularly if you have a bigger group, its extremely popular on weekends.It also has a small playground area for the littlies!!

Within the Mooney Mooney Club Dining Room has a large deck overlooking lawned area and Mooney Mooney Creek a tributary of the Hawkesbury River. Food is great, service is cheery but can be a little slow. So for a relaxed, wellpriced meal with water views can't beat this.
