Honey Bee Bakery - Moore

I have visited this restaurant a few times with my children and I found the lady with short hair to be friendly. However, this morning, I had a different experience. I spoke to a white girl behind the counter twice at 8:35, but she did not respond, so I thought she was unable to speak. When I went to pay, she finally mentioned the amount owed, and I expressed my frustration that she did not respond to me earlier. I believe good communication is important for a business, and I was polite in my interactions.

We may have arrived during a slow time, as the menu options were limited. However, the staff were genuine and welcoming. The older woman serving us was especially kind. The younger staff member could improve on their interpersonal skills, but overall it was a pleasant place to dine. The donuts we tried were absolutely delicious.

The cronuts are amazing!! Trust me. Friendly service and a drive through. This place makes me happy I moved to Moore ?

I used to love this place but it seems like it's gone downhill. On multiple occasions they have taken my order/money at drive through and then come back to tell me they don't have what I ordered( maple bacon On two other occasions they didn't bother telling me they were out and substituted with plain maple. Shame on me for not checking after the first time; I would love to believe it's was an innocent mistake but both times they specifically told me maple bacon were 2.99 each (and charged me for them) instead of regular long John prices. Though sausage rolls are still delicious, it seems like they have gone cheapest version possible on all frosted/ filled donuts. Today I ordered and paid and was the. Told they didn't have what I ordered- again maple bacon. When I told them that I would pass on substitution (I went specifically for this item) they didn't want to give refund ; I was told they would give me donut next time. Sorry, there won't be a next time! In the end they did refund me but I'm done with this place!

They need better hours. 5am-12pm. I've tried to get food multiple times now, but work nights, and never make it in time before they close at 12pm. Why are you only tailoring to the 5am people?
