Pizza Hut - Moore

The supplier, Shannon, went above and beyond to fulfill my order. The GPS led him astray, but he stayed on the phone with me until he successfully delivered my order. I wish I could have tipped him more, but unfortunately, I didn't have any cash on me.

My older daughter won free pizzas from school and the staff at the restaurant were always very helpful and patient with her.

I did not enjoy the taste of my pizza, so I called and asked for a refund. The worker who answered was rude, as was the manager. The whole place smelled strongly of industrial cleaning products, and it turns out that there was cleaner on my pizza. I did not even receive an apology from the manager or any of the staff. The woman who delivered my pizza was very careless. They simply listened to me and that was it.

About us I ordered a small 6 piece wing somehow my address was incorrectly processed 2 hours later no order I called and the manager was up it within 25 minutes I had 12 wings free at my door step. bravo mrs. manager dame lol also the driver was super apologetic and very kind thanks, sir.

My pizza was hard my cinnamon bread wasn't properly cooked they over charge for pizza I would not recommend this my dog yes I call to see if they would fix it no one answered the phone what kinda customer service I would say poor customer.
