Pizza Hut - Moorhead

I went in for takeout and had to wait 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. One of the employees, who seemed quite distracted, was too busy chatting with someone to assist customers, despite his coworkers trying to get his attention. Eventually, he accidentally placed my order in the delivery pile, and I ended up waiting another 10 minutes before they discovered where my order was. It was a frustrating experience due to his lack of competence.

I waited an hour and 15 minutes for a medium pizza and wings. While I managed to be patient, the pizza was nearly cold and very stale. It appeared to have little to no sauce on it as well. The only reason I'm giving it one star is that the wing sauce was decent.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I was on hold for 7 minutes trying to cancel my order, which took an hour and a half to arrive. I'm usually fine waiting that long for a delivery, but when the driver has the pizza for 30 minutes, it’s hard to believe that the pizza will still be hot or fresh. It seems like Pizza Hut in Moorhead just keeps getting worse and worse.

Best pizza in all of moorhead hands down. The staff is very friendly and you can't go wrong with some delicious pizza with a smile. try adding extra cheese it's so good!

I'm surprised the rating for this place is low. I order carry out from here off and on and my order is always correct and hot. The staff have always been extremely polite! I just called to change my online order and it took like 5 seconds and was no problem.
