Qdoba Mexican Eats - Moorhead

I ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl, and it was fantastic—probably the best plant-based meat I've ever had! The flavors were excellent, but the server accidentally added cheese to my burrito, which I didn't ask for. It made the meal vegetarian instead of vegan. I wasn't too upset about it, but it wasn't what I wanted.

The two young people in yellow at the front had a great attitude and provided excellent customer service. However, my experience was marred by a heavier set woman in black, whose tattoo seemed to overshadow her demeanor. She was the first person I encountered when I arrived and did not greet me, so I said hello and asked how she was doing. She just responded with an indifferent stare, even though she clearly heard me. If someone is unhappy with their job, they shouldn't take it out on the customers. Next time, I might just mirror that attitude back at her.

Eating wasn't a good huh was over. they did not follow the orders. not enough acidic did not see enough missing ingredients.

From the chicken, from dr. pepper, from straw, from serviettes, behind the glass had sown eating bits. curly top male cassers play on his phone. overload for meals when ordered by children. the area has eating on the floor. I ruin my favorite restaurant. elsewhere.

Worst indoor dining experience in this restaurant. If someone from the food and drug administration or Qdoba corporate for that matter were to enter the store I am pretty sure all three of the staff would be terminated immediately for unsanitary practices, touching their face multiple times, etc. while serving food. The entire store was filthy. No soap or hand towels in the men's or women's restroom. Staff was not friendly. Food bar was far from fresh and very unorganized, extremely unsanitary with old receipts and paper products that had been used littering the entire area. Several of the condiments were out including guacamole even though there was a huge bowl of partially cut avocados in full site. Photos attached.
