I tried the 3 meat sample platter at Carroll Brewing Company tonight and added a rib, mac and cheese, and coleslaw as my sides. It also came with a cornbread muffin. It was about 5 pounds of food for $18, which I found to be a great value. The food itself was excellent. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt that the food and service were deserving of a positive review. Keep up the good work!

Would have loved to eat there. sign says open facebook says open but no one is there. so they are not open.

They really know how to make brisket perfectly! It falls apart in your mouth and has a wonderfully juicy and delicious flavor!

I have tried some of the best BBQ ever at this restaurant!
