Meal Type: Dinner Price Range: $1–$10 I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for dinner, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The prices are incredibly affordable, with meals ranging from just $1 to $10. The restaurant offers a great dining atmosphere, including both indoor and outdoor seating, which is perfect for enjoying a meal al fresco. If you're not in the mood to dine in, they provide options for takeout, delivery, and even curbside pickup for added convenience. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a budget-friendly dinner with plenty of options!

We've visited a few times now, and I still believe their gluten-free pizza is quite good. However, the service has been consistently disappointing. The staff is often rude and dismissive. For example, when we inquired about their beer selection, one of the employees literally rolled his eyes and just pointed to the bar menu. While it's conveniently located within walking distance from our home, the poor service and the high prices (very expensive) have made us decide not to return.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is not what it used to be. Since the new owners took over, things have taken a turn for the worse. To begin with, the menu selection has become more limited, customer service has declined, and their hours have been shortened (they now close at 8 PM). During our last three visits, they closed early for some unknown reason. It's disappointing because we've lost a loyal customer, and now we have to search for a new pizza place.

This is the third family ownership that I've been personally acquainted with at Custom Pies and after the most recent pizza I've had I can say that their 5 Star recipe is still there. You'll know it's done right because you'll always want to finish the crust. I also wanted to add that a 20 buck regular size pizza to me is a fair deal and I look forward to them adding larger sizes in the future. My recommendations to the owners is to hand spin the pizza in the air in front of the customer like the previous owners and to upgrade the bar with either Pinball, Pool Table, or an Arcade cabinet. Unfortunately they no longer serve ham cheese mustard pazzinis or mac and cheese pizza, but the future of Moorpark pizza at Custom Pies is in good hands. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The garlic dough bites were fantastic. The pizza was quite good as well, though a bit greasy. I appreciated the generous amount of cheese, but my daughter thought it was excessive.
