Little Caesars Pizza - Moorpark

We didn't get what we ordered, and when I asked, they said oh sorry! Then offered to remake it and wait another 15 minutes! Didn't want to wait, so took the wrong pizza

I ordered through Pizza Portal, but my order wasn't ready. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes until they finally took my pizza and wings out of the oven.

Just picked up a deep dish pizza. Got home and it was raw. Had to put it in the oven for 16 minutes to finish baking it properly. Won?t return to this location.

Terrible service! The staff had an unpleasant attitude. The woman taking orders over the phone was not only unhelpful but also confrontational. She came across as unprofessional. The manager was equally unkind, arguing with me and also displaying a bad attitude. They really need better customer service training. If you can't handle working with customers positively, perhaps you should consider a different job!

Friendly staff and pretty good food. Takes a little longer to receive your order when it's busy, only because they are under staffed.
