Starbucks - Moorpark

Employees are so rude ...I go to that Starbucks 3 times a week and for 2 years always rude. The drive to spring location is worth it.

After this review, I was contacted by Starbucks management and they were able to rectify and give me the points I would’ve earned if I went to Starbucks that does grant points. It’s amazing that there are Starbucks out there whether they’re in a brick and mortar or in a market they should all be able to give you points because it should be the same company should be the same across the board for everything. Don’t bother going to the Starbucks in Vons in Moorpark if you want to earn points on your Starbucks app. They scan your barcode but they don’t tell you until it’s too late that you won’t be earning any points at that location. what’s the purpose of them scanning a barcode on your phone app if you can’t accrue points.??!!

Not worth the time or money. Go to 7/11. Save the time

It is a Starbucks so no surprises. The staff was exceptionally chatty when I visited. Seemed like fresh air, getting out of Covid control

It may be a Starbucks kiosk but it is single handedly the best Starbucks in Ventura County. Christine, Rachel, Brea, and the entire barista staff gives amazing and friendly service. And when they make the drinks, the drinks have a flavor. I've been to some Starbucks where the drinks taste overly watered down and flavorless. At this location, you are going to get 5 star drinks and that explode with taste. If you are in the area and need coffee, stop on over. It's inside Vons off of Tierra Rejada and it is amazing!
