Taco Bell - Moorpark

Ordering was a breeze when I visited the shop and used the self-service kiosk. The staff were friendly, and my food arrived quickly—much faster than during busy times at the drive-thru. I got the deluxe box, which offered a generous portion for the price.

I've always enjoyed this Taco Bell, but I recently saw a manager, or someone in a higher position, telling a new Hispanic employee that she needed to pronounce "order" correctly. I found this behavior inappropriate and frankly racist. I understood her perfectly, and there was no reason for that comment. When you know that someone's first language is Spanish, there's no need to correct them if they are doing their job well.

Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food spots. I love their crunchy tacos, delicious sodas, and the tasty cinnamon twists for dessert!

A week ago I ordered an ice tea and the cashier suggested I should try it with the mango freeze which I did. It was so good. I was very pleased with the customer service inside. I tried ordering the same drink in the drive through and was told the managerwill not allow it. I would think Taco Bell would do whatever the customer wants. The cashier was very rude too. Very unhappycustomer.

Very great service. they messed up one of the crunchwraps (beef instead of the requested beans) and they fixed it instantly with so many apologies from all staff as well as a voucher for a free meal. very sweet for a Taco Bell tbh.
