The cook knows how to handle a wok. The stir fries were nicely seared and the chili chicken was some of the best I've had with a very light batter and not overly aggressive sauce, Ask for some of their homemade peanut chili sauce. It's not overly hot and it adds a nice savoury sear to the taste. Bottomline the food is top notch homestyle chinese with a Canadian bias (many of the strong authentic flavourings are dialed back), Setting is very understated, but you'll be getting a good meal wit good value. Recommended

We went in for the Buffet, but it was a dark gloomy place with only one staff that could have used a clean apron. The place needs to be cleaned, painted and better lighting. The food was okay but not much on the Buffet and much of it was dried out and cold.

Food has great flavour but most of the hot dishes were only warm to cold. Prices medium rates. Staff very accommodating. Dessert delicious

Staff were exceedingly friendly, topped up choices with fresh offerings when we arrived. Enjoyed talking about the food, gave chili paste for extra spice. The space is pleasant, a little old fashioned in a vintage mall. Food was fresh and MSG-free, with good flavours and a nice variety.

My family and I came in for the Lunch Buffet. The waiter was very attentive and would come over multiple times just to refill our glasses and if there was anything we need. The food seemed to be similar to other Chinese buffets, but I did like their noodles best from the selected items. I would recommend for others to try this place out.
