They took Mobil order and kept me 30 min. The answer was no donuts. Kept me another 15 min to processed the refund. Called customer service in March 13, but no respons until today Even if i have contacted them 4 times. My complain has been completely being ignored.
When we visit Tim Hortons , 9 times out of 10 they are out of soup and just have chicken noodle or they are out of cruellers and we have to settle for what they have. Make more if they know they are running low! We always have to ask for things that should be automatically provided, butter, crackers.
Of the three Tim’s in Moose Jaw this is our favourite location. Consistent food quality and service. Friendly. I like the Tim Bits they give out for our dog when she is along and we go through drive thru.
Evidently, you 're not supposed to order plain old coffee at Timmy Hortons in the afternoon. Silly me, because that 's what I did. I told the server to leave room for cream. The coffee cup is handed to me it is so full I was afraid I 'd spill it just walking to a table. I say to the kid serving me, I asked you to leave room for cream. He looked at me like I was speaking Swahili. Finally, he says, oh yeah, you wanted cream. Sorry. Now, I go to what I expect is a serving station where I 'll find cream, sugar, a napkin, you know, like pretty much every other coffee place in the world, but nope, nothing. As a Timmy Horton 's neophyte I didn 't know you get all these special items from the server when you get your coffee. So, I go back to see my server again and ask where I find cream. Again, he looks at me like I 'm incapable of speaking a comprehensible sentence. I say again, cream? Finally the light bulb goes on he turns to a co-worker to find out where the cream is. She shakes her head, like it 's crazy anyone would want cream at 3pm responds 'look in the refrigerator '. Poor guy has to check 3 different refrigerators before he comes back with little plastic cream containers hands me one. I say, I 'll take 6 please then I get to watch him count them out like a bad episode of Sesame Street. Really?
