But mostly with one leg in the old world, both in terms of decor and pastry selection. Probably it works great, as the room was filled with customers of all ages.
We visited for lunch during July. The sandwiches, cakes and coffee were all very good. There was a long queue to order, but we didn’t mind, as we saw it as an indicator that the food would be good. The staff were also very good at understanding my bad Swedish :
Not much to choose from in Mora but was a bit disappointed, the place seemed untidy and the options for dessert quite basic. The interior I am sure is supposed to be charming but to me just messy.
The cakes, muffins and sandwiches are excellent. We had a lovely time in the garden. I believe the garden could be upgraded with either Grythyttan furniture or wood cafe furniture instead of the dreadful plastic chairs with SIA labelled umbrellas. But all in all I was here to have breakfast and I did not leave disappointed...
