Chipotle Mexican Grill - Moraine

In store is good. But never order online. Ordered veggie bowl and didn't get the guacamole. Total of 10 beans in the entire bowl. It was cold. It was really just rice. I ended up using the rice to make a burrito at home. Huge waste of money. $13 bowl of rice.

For the price I paid I think I should've got way more

The server who prepared my chicken bowl just started his work yesterday and it was evident that he did not want to be there. He acted like I was bothering him when I ordered the ingredients for my chicken bowl. When he placed the lid to the bowl, he smeared sour cream all over the top of the lid. There were pieces of lettuce hanging out the sides of the lid. I asked him to wipe off the lid because he should not send a bowl out with sour cream all on the top. He wiped it off,but he was angry that I asked him to clean the lid. The chicken didn 't taste as if it had been seasoned when cooking. The rice was not cooked to tenderness. There were pieces of chicken,cheese, and lettuce spilled all over . No one was wiping up the spillage as they prepared a new order. This is not a place that I want to patronize anymore. Good customer service is important to insure that your customers are satisfied with your business. Never Again!

This location is not very good at all, you can tell the staff is inexperienced. They 're out of stuff half the time and one somehow mistook a little bit of cheese for corn . I was initially excited see this one is closer to my house, but I 'm pretty disappointed. Just go to the one on far hills.

Asked for light sour cream and received sour cream soup.
