Mcdonald's Restaurants - Moray

This is the worst McDonalds restaurant in Scotland . This restaurant never fails to disappoint . You can not blame the young staff . This is the franchise/owners issue. Food is often warm not hot. Order ice cream at the drive through and guaranteed to have to wait ten minutes for your hot food. Ten minutes is an accurate time not a estimate. No point complaining directly to the on duty mangers as they say they complain to their boss too about lack of staff and issues . This store has the monopoly on McDonalds in Moray . Funny how other stores across Scotland get it right. Money keeps rolling in and profits will be decent so who cares if customers get a good service.

Been in this McDonalds twice never any problem whent In Tue 3.10.23 morning for my breakfast abt 8.30 on entering was a very nasty smell which think was toilet and the floor was boging could see all footsteps in the floor and sauce stains were dry so not fresh because of that I never purchased any food just a latte dont know wot smell was but put me off

Because half the restaurant was closed off on our arrival at 8.40pm on a Wednesday, having been cleaned/floor washed, we had to sit at the window stools (as the place was packed). Not a lot of space, hunched over, window licking! I ordered a McCrispy meal, which arrived quite quickly via a polite member of staff. The crispy burger was warm-ish. Should 've been called a McCrappy meal, as my medium/ tiny fries were pasty white and luke warm. Utter garbage care, pride and attention by the producer of them behind the counter. It oozed of not botheredness by this restaurant. The cheek to charge the amount of over £5 for this meal . A shocker visit!

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude. I overheard a heated argument between a supervisor and a staff member, and it's no surprise that the food quality is lacking. The way they treat their staff is shocking.

We visit McDonald's regularly, but we were extremely disappointed with our experience tonight. The restaurant was missing three out of the four items we wanted to order. We recommend that they should not advertise items that they have run out of. They should either update their menu boards or put up a notice to inform customers what items are not available.
