Very nice atmosphere in romantic place excellent good demanding, though bidden-resistant kitchen inside and outside

Here is arguably the best 'fast food ' on the dreary shopping strip of this vastly over-rated town..Oh the setting IS wonderful..& IF you're lucky enough to live in a fantastic villa/apartment overlooking Lake Maggiore ~ well that's your good luck..but all the 'famous' names in high street shopping in Zurich (inc surprisingly GLOBUS) a vibrant retail shopping experience doth not make--style & substance cannot be found here.Tired & outdated mostly, fashion (such as it is ) barely rising above mediocrity..this is no place to waste your time..a walk down to the water's edge a far better occupation..I suggest you cut your losses & quickly dash across to Ascona where TRUE style awaits..trust me!,... I've just done it!PS you'll most likely eat better there also

In addition to having a beautiful view from the outside, at the böcc is really one of the best restaurants in Switzerland. the products are fresh, and the dishes are customizable. we went for a quiet evening in October, during the hunting season, and I must say that the meat served was of excellent quality and very tender. I really recommend it to everyone! We'll be back for sure.

The location is really beautiful, the village and also the small piazza. the service was, however, poor, very slow and very crowded...and we were not there for the first time as we live in lugano. the food is absolutely overpriced, even for local conditions, because the portions are 1. very small and 2. rather uninspiring...all directed that we have eaten (5 people) today, we could have cooked without more big upwall to house ourselves: gnocchi with ragu, carpaccio with a little salate, laughs with spargelsalat...more or less predominantly cold meal it has made us
