Bar Oasi - Morcote

I regularly go to this café when I visit lugano for either a coffee or a small meal. Both interior and exterior seats are comfortable; Outdoor tables are a bit away from the street. It is a good place to meet friends for a conversation, there are also a few pleasant pizza, focaccia or piadina dishes available for a light lunch.

Friday, 23. August my wife and I used our tickets for Lake Maggiore Express. We started a train from Stresa to Domodossola and then the Vista train to Lugano. In Lugano we came across this small place. We sat at one of the open tables opposite the bar and each chilled out a few beers. We only had drinks here and can't comment on the food. However, the service was good, and the two young female employees who served us were friendly and very same.

This is a place to avoid eating, especially. we wanted a pizza, we were for salads as entries (salad, carrots and sweet corn), which they charged us an arm and a leg, tinted mushrooms on the pizza; not fresh. we know that Switzerland is not cheap to eat, but usually the quality is ok, that was just not. the bar has a nice location, so enjoy a drink there, but skip a meal or snack there.
