I love eclectic cafes/bars - so this hits the nail right on the head Well run, clean, delightful staff and a great energy! AC and free wifi are a bonus - AND the espresso is fantastic ☺️ I highly recommended it to anyone with good taste

Hi,we went with a group of friend to Goa, and we discovered the " Rice Mill" Café.We really advice you to go there, it is a nice small cozy place, perfect for morning breakfast or any type of moment, the place is nice, the waiter was amazing, you feel out of time, and you enjoy. the service is good. It is definitely a place you need to go to.we also had a chat with the owner, and the way he opened this place is just amazing. go and ask him yourself if he is there :)

Clean, well managed cafe in the middle of Morjim. Partly air conditioned. Amazing bar collection. Nice veg / vegan options. Good speed wi-fi. All the perfect ingredients for an awesome afternoon.

Liten gjømt perle med veldig gode småretter. Kaffen er ekstraordinær, det samme er maten, ølsortene og drinkene! Servitørene er veldig profesjonelle og serviceinnstilte. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Visited this cozy little place fr drinks,limited menu but everything was excellent,chorizo was amazing,u guys need to add more dishes to ur menu.staff very hospitable,dont forget to try the cookies at the counter ,delicious!
