Bistro By The Sea - Morehead City

Yummy! My favorite place to eat at home within an hour. The crab bisque is amazing and a must. We always get the hot rock served with raw fillet that you cook on a hot rock. My husband always gets the act for his meal, but I always get seafood. The tripping fish is amazing, but they never have it anymore. Lachs is always good. During this visit I enjoyed the pawns and lobster ravioli. We always take dessert and a cup of soup for the next day! The owner always has a good time. We love this place and the bronze mermaid statue above. I want the same for our beach house. There's always good live music on weekends. The guy on the piano is really good. We love the servers there. They have been waiting for us for years. Excellent service with amazing food. It's always a rough ride home because we're so full.

Wow, excellent food and service! We decided to eat here on the recommendation of the Hampton Inn office. Tell us it was the “worthy waiting” that if you know us, one of us would not like to wait. came here when they first opened and immediately sit. With the blessed tuna for a starter and I had the grouper with scallops and shrimps in a Chablis Dill sauce. Wow. The scallops just melt in the mouth. The Nabeby had the rib with one side of scallops and it was all cooked to perfection. Finished it with chocolate cheesecake with a raspberry grenade and I was done. Just wow. The bistro is a popular restaurant of ours. Always high-quality service with an excellent meal and dessert... well, it was discarded before I had a chance to get a picture.

My first visit here. Our waitress was Sherry, she was very knowledgeable when choosing food and drinks. We took their suggestions and all really enjoyed their meal. The fried Calamari was absolutely delicious, best I ever had and it is my favorite delight. My only regret was that I didn't have room for the desert. Thank you to the chef, but especially Sherry for her input and excellent service.

Excellent in all areas! Most wonderful prime rib. Thanksgiving dinner is something you will never forget. We have eaten there for years and can't imagine anyone ever having a review that would be anything but positive. We don't get there as often as we would like, but we do know it will always be excellent when we do. We have learned to never order the prime rib at any other restaurant as there is no comparison. Love taking family and friends here.
