Wendy's - Morehead

The lunch service was consistently quick and excellent. Both the food and the prices are great.

After pulling away from the drive-thru, we realized that our order was incorrect. Upon checking, we discovered that my husband's triple burger was missing. Unfortunately, the lobby was closed, and the line had backed up all the way around the building. I called the restaurant, and they immediately recognized my order and asked me to park in a designated spot. Less than five minutes later, they delivered my entire order, which was fresh and correct! Mistakes happen, but I truly appreciate those who acknowledge them and do their best to make things right. Thank you for your exceptional service!

To be honest, we all know there are employee shortages everywhere, whether we're employees ourselves or customers, so I completely understand when there’s the occasional hiccup. I appreciate their hard work and am happy with the quality of food, despite a few minor issues along the way. I do recommend that everyone double-checks their order before heading home to avoid any problems later on, but I think that’s a good practice everywhere these days.

Best Wendy's I've eaten at by far. Always an amazing experience here. Hot food, fast drive thru, correct orders, very efficient.

Love Wendy's. Best chicken nuggets around. And the folks at the Morehead store get everyone on and out quickly. Great place. Great employees.
