Buffalo Wild Wings - Moreno Valley

We ordered door dash for 20 wings all boneless, the order came in as 10 bone in 10 boneless. We called and the manager made sure we were taken care of with 15 more boneless wings for the inconvenience. Customer service is a 10/10 with him.

Open for dine in on patio. Food was great. Service was great.

Even though we don’t reside in the area, we always look forward to dining at this restaurant whenever we visit. This time, we chose to sit on the patio because of the ongoing pandemic. Our waitress, Brenda, was a real pleasure—she was entertaining, polite, and made our meal memorable. We took advantage of the buy one, get one free offer on boneless wings. Normally, I’m a fan of traditional wings, but I couldn't pass up such a great deal! The boneless wings were amazing, and both the service and wait times were outstanding. We will definitely be returning!

The food was quite good. However, I wouldn't trust the estimated wait times shown on the app or website. I arrived 15 minutes after my scheduled time and still had to wait another 20 minutes. Inside, there are two lines that are positioned very close to each other. Although everyone is maintaining a six-foot distance in each line, you end up standing almost right next to the person in the second line.

We walked into the restaurant and received a warm welcome. Since there were plenty of open seats, we opted for a booth by the bar. They have a special boneless Thursday promotion, along with happy hour deals on draft beers and discounts on onion rings and fries. Our waitress was attentive and had a fantastic sense of humor. The food came out quickly and was served hot—no complaints whatsoever. This spot is ideal for game nights or a relaxed date night.
