Placed a mobile order during passing the countryside on our way for a New years weekend getaway. First off, inside was closed. Then, I had to wait in the drive-through for my drink. When I got it, it was warm, not hot. And the window server wasn't very friendly. Good thing I didn't want much else. A handful of menu items were taped over as unavailable. I'll never return to this location, of course, but darn, they need to get it together.
The baristas are very friendly and accommodating.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options are available.
Kim's exceptional! She recommended the Starbucks app a game changer. Thanks to her suggestion, I savored a delightful iced coffee redeemed with 100 stars, today. Kim's consistently cheerful and supportive. Today, she crafted a delicious chestnut praline latte and let me have a sample. I forgot my phone so she wrote down the ingredients for me so I wouldn't miss out on being able to order this drink. Starbucks, Kim is your MVP; she deserves to be recognized.
Each time I visit, we have not had the ingredients to make that drink. I apologize that this has occurred about 5 times.
