The Cupcake Espresso - Moreno Valley

This is my favorite coffee place since I moved out here. Very friendly. Hot Caramel Macchiato is my favorite w/ half and half. Would love for them to add Cuban Coffee Style even if for limited time (hint hint)

On 4/28 I mobile ordered 5 sunrise lemonades. I waited 20 mins to be told that they were out of lemonade and had no idea when they were going to get any. I then asked for a refund the guy said he would process it. I waited three days called back and asked for a manager. The man who answered stated he was a manager and that the refund took 5 business days after that I had to call my bank. I waited until 5/3 and called my bank and they said they don’t even see a refund. So today is 5/14 and I am out $28 and still no drinks. I used to order from all of your locations but after this I will not be back to any of them ever.

It was alright I had their version of an almond bear claw, wasn't that great unfortunately it was pretty stale or maybe over heated either way I didn't enjoy it. Ordered a vanilla latte that was good. Atmosphere is not super welcoming, cozy very industrial. Customer service was friendly. Not sure if I would visit again.

The woman in the dark green sweater was very disrespectful. my niece and i had came in because we wanted to get a cupcake in celebration of student of the month. the time was 7:42 pm. they were about to close. and i know how rude workers can get when customers come in to close. its understandable. but, as soon as we walked in she yells out with an attitude the floor was wet. totally understandable, i don’t want anyone to slip. but the tone could’ve been nicer. i have a 6 year old with me, she looked at me and goes “is she mad” what am i supposed to say? the worker is mad she has to do her job 20 minutes before closing? as we walked up, she started slamming drawers and lids right in front of myself and a couple. again, why? she probably thought we were gonna order a bunch of beverages, but we didn’t. the man takes our order kindly and all we order is a cupcake, oh my god… you have to grab a cupcake from the case. she looks at me and rolls her eyes. she starts huffing around the bar still slamming objects as if i’m the one being rude. but i didn’t say anything, i took my cupcake and told them to have a good night. this individual lacked kindness and hospitality, and she acted worse towards the customers behind me because they were actually ordering drinks.

Staff is instructed to lock restroom doors at certain hours of the day due to an influx of school kids.I’m not a school kid, seems unfair that as a paying customer I am treated in this manner. Asked the staff if the doors were locked and I was told that they cannot open them due to all the school kids present. A rude business practice. I won’t be coming to this establishment anymore due to this asinine practice.
