Betsy's - Morgan Hill

Betsy is the best breakfast place in Morgan Hill. Let's just say I can't get enough of pancakes and chili verde burrito. Extra sour cream, please! Server Jenny is always a pleasure to speak.

We found this place a week ago and couldn't wait to come back. The food is at home and hearty. Its small and usually seems to wait. For good reason. It's popular! Today I had the Chile Verde and Eggs and WOW! All right. My husband had the meat lover skill and ate every bite. We can wait to eat! They are only open for breakfast and lunch. 18:30 to 22:00. You could do better with the service. There are many employees, but they don't seem to have a rhythm. But it's not enough to stop us from going back. I'm glad to try lunch, the potato salad looked delicious!

Betsy's is a local family-run clamp in Morgan Hill. Old school diner vibe. You have the best Chili Verde! I get it with half beans, half hash-browns and tortillas of choice (black or corn). The taste is to die. You don't like spices, get something else. Service is always on point, reliable and tasty. You Alwsys keep the coffee full and hot. What is not to love?!

I ordered the Chile Verde with 1/2 potatoes 1/2 beans and flour tortillas and homemade salsa. Everything was delicious. The Chile Verde was perfect. The service was excellent. Our order was served minutes after the order. Will definitely be back.

Tasty food, good service, great prices! I enjoyed Betsy's Omelette with potatoes, and both were perfectly cooked and seasoned. While this is my first visit, I'll return soon easy access from HWY 101.
