Extremely rude and bipolar “baristas”, No longer spending my money here.

I like that they are open late, I drink coffee all hours of the day.

Pre-COVID they have had some of the best Baristas over the past years. Now, everyone is going thru hardtimes and the current staff gets the job done, even if a bit slow (mobile order estimates ready in 1-2 minutes, I get there in 10 minutes and have to wait more than 5 more minutes?? .

I’am lactose intolerant and I asked for an oatmilk brown sugar shaken and after a few sips my stomach started feeling bad so that indicated me it was made with regular milk instead. So sick after a few sips. So disappointing of the service in this location

Great place to stop on your way to Santa Cruz/ Monterey to get Starbucks coffee, gas and load up trip food !!
