El Paso Mexican - Morganton

The Chilie Rellano that I ordered had NO chili pepper in it. I've NEVER received a Chilie Rellano WITHOUT a chilli pepper in it until this visit to El Paso Mexican Restaurant, Morganton, NC. I've dined at dozens of Mexican Restaurants over the years and they all put green chili peppers in their Chili Rellano. I advised the lady at checkout of this and she stated that they do not put the pepper in their version this. Otherwise portion size of food was good, food tasted too salty.

Service was great, very friendly. Food was absolutely incredible! This is my wife and I's favorite restaurant!!!

Second time here. Everything was excellent. Food was hot and tasty. Comparable to home cooked meals at my Latino friends house. Service is friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend.

Musty bleach smell upon entering. Cracked bench seats that cut into my leg. Stale chips. Odd bean dip. Chicken looked uncooked and slimy. Ordered tacos al pastor. Wanting authentic tacos. Came with pineapple and covered in BBQ like sauce. Tortillas falling apart. Do not waste your money. I felt sick after trying it out. Bartender and waitress was nice and service was good. Food is bad.

Not overly happy with my most recent visit. $15.00 shrimp cocktail which I've had multiple times in multiple locations was very disappointing, especially at amount of shrimp and the taste and seasonings were completely off. My other menu items were made correctly. I'll go back I'll just not order another shrimp cocktail at $15.00
