The ice cream is delicious, but be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes or longer. It's the most disorganized place I've ever experienced. The first time we visited, we thought it was just due to the crowd. However, we've been back three times, and even when there are only a few people inside, it’s still a chaotic situation.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the ice cream; I could have gone to McDonald's for something cheaper and better. To make matters worse, they served my family ice cream that was clearly old, with dried-up whipped cream. The manager instructed the staff to replace it with fresher whipped cream to make it look appealing, but it was still old and moldy underneath. Additionally, I observed them preparing a milkshake without cleaning the equipment in between, so there was dried milk residue, and they just kept adding more milkshakes on top. I left feeling utterly disgusted and dissatisfied.

A girl with red hair working register is always smiling and inviting never fails to put a smile on our face, the last times I was in there a girl had a birthday and was the first to be uplifting and even sang her happy birthday when others seemedembarrassed to do. By far one of the workers there. Can?t wait to see her next week ????

The milkshake we had was absolutely delicious. We didn't try the rolled ice cream, but it was enjoyable to see the preparation process.

This place was fantastic! I ordered the roasted coconut, and my husband had the strawberry cheesecake; both dishes were delicious! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the wait time was absurd. I waited 30 minutes for my ice cream, and my husband waited almost 45 minutes! This was on a Friday at 3:30 p.m. right before New Year's Eve, so that may have contributed to the delay. They accidentally tossed our ticket before making my husband's order, but we had already mentioned to them that he hadn’t received it, and after inquiring a second time about the ice cream, they finally got it sorted out. Additionally, there wasn’t much ice cream for over $15 for two servings. Despite the long wait, I want to note that all the staff were young but very polite. They apologized for the delay. Overall, I would recommend this place! The food was delicious; they just need to improve their system for managing wait times.
