Feedback gevenOrder a Supreme Pizza and they tell Batch and Riley it takes 15 minutes. as we already know! Then we give the wrong pizza a pineapple and ham. You don't even deserve minimum wage...
I ordered a deep meal pizza online through the app and dipped in the branch the time I was quoted when I ordered. At the end of the time window I approached the counter and asked about the status of my pizza. The young woman said they were really busy. I said I understood, but asked if she could check if she received my online order. She said they were really busy. I told her I understood, but I asked if she could check it for me. She rolled her eyes and went to another employee and said ?go help this ****?. A nice young woman came out and looked up my order and said they would work on it. I thanked her and asked for the name of the rude young woman and the manager number. When we finally got the pizza over 20 minutes after the quoted time frame, it was wrong. I went home and called the manager and left a message about Kayla's bad attitude and unprofessional work ethics. This is not the first time that this site does not complete online orders during the specified time.
Honestly my family hardly eats out anymore we took a chance between this location Kingwood which were both same distance. I ordered and it was placed in the portal ,went inside to pick it up. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas 2 crazy breads WITH sauce .. All was inside of the portal EXCEPT the 2 sauces ,understandably because of the heat. However, when I had to not only stand at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me to obtain my 2 sauces .I was mocked with a ' Hello ' by the young lady dressed in shorts a t shirt with Bratz dolls or something of that sort approaching the counter as I explained that I 'd not gotten the sauces . The sauces truthfully very minimal issue HOWEVER, the nasty attitude from the young lady who stated in response to me finally getting her attention after I 'd stood there saying ' Excuse Me, Hello ' over and over again while her and another person I assume to be a young man giggling behind the machine where I could just see his hair ,elbows legs ignoring the customer awaiting the remainder of their order while they stood there for 5 MINUTES!!! If she had of been kind I wouldn 't have made a review, NO ONE deserves to be spoken to nor mocked I for one remained kind even after I 'd been mocked like a child. The pizza was only half sauced .. literally from the crust to barely the mid section had sauce on it . The gas station this location is placed in was no better I will not be returning . Little Ceasars may want to work on their employees behaviors with their customers though for future references.
Pizza is always under 10$ It just depends r were u r if the pizza is good. I've ate really great pizza from here and I've ate really bad pizza here.. but they r my favorite pizza when they get it right..
I 've demoted them to 1 because on veterans day we stopped in to get a free pizza that the employees said we 'd get today for free for Veterans. This dirty disgusting employee informs us they quit 20 mins ago at 2pm. Wth, no respect. Two stars because their staff is friendly and respectful. I question management however due to the lack of pizza ever being hot and ready at this place. It is Sunday 15 minutes after 5:00 p.m. it is around dinner time and they have no Pizza hot and ready . And I don 't care to hear their excuses. they should at least have two pizzas in there, if they have to throw them away, then so be it. But between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. like the sign says it should be hot and ready guaranteed.
