Subway - Morgantown

For the first time in ages, there's a full-time manager in charge. The staff was friendly, and everything was actually available on the menu.

The restaurant's hours are posted as open until 9 PM, but I arrived at 7:20 PM, and all the lights were on inside. A customer who was behind me also wanted to grab a quick sandwich on their way to a meeting, but it seemed like they may have closed early or were hiding in the back. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues like this or had problems with the staff when they were present. One young girl has been friendly during my visits, but last time, another employee refused to give me extra cheese because I had a voucher, even though I offered to pay for it. Overall, this is the worst Subway in town.

I waited for 10 minutes before I even saw a staff member, who apparently was in the bathroom. When the employee finally emerged, they wandered around the restaurant without acknowledging the customers waiting to order. When I finally got a chance to place my order, Devin served me Italian bread instead of the Italian herbs and cheese I had clearly requested. When I asked about the confusion, Devin questioned my attitude toward the delay. I explained my frustration, and to my surprise, she refused to serve me and stormed off when I inquired about her name. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and it's unfortunate that one employee's behavior can tarnish the Subway name.

This subway has a good workers but the manger was yelling at the girl making the food in front of everyone and after that she rude and mean and wasnt very friendly

WENT IN AT 8:33 PM TO GET FOOD AND THEY WERE CLOSED!!! THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN UNTIL 9!! THIS PLACE SUCKS EVEN WHEN THEY ARE OPEN!!
