Burger King - MORGANVILLE

This location advised me that mobile orders (even with the company’s App) can’t be picked up from the drive thru even though it’s an option. The manager (a bearded “gentleman” decided instead of just making a simple transaction to engage in a debate and lecture me on “corporate” regulations while no other BK in the area is doing this. After a 5 minute argument he then said “Oh it’s cause you don’t want to walk”. Was this because I’m fat? Did you also not see the HANDICAPPED PLAQUARD hanging from my mirror? Both? Well yes, I am both and yes, walking is an issue Genius. So when I also showed him the plaquard he laughed and waived his hand dismissing me and walked away. I’d like to see what the State says about this type of treatment. Perhaps there is a violation, perhaps not. However. For a location that barely gets any business this is how they want to treat people. Here’s a clue. Don’t start an argument with your customers. Don’t joke about the handicapped. You should be FIRED!

This burger king has had problems since its opening. Staffing issues, long waits for food. At this visit, there were only 2 people behind the counter, one appeared to be in charge, and appeared to be injured as she was in pain limping around.....maybe she shouldnt have been at work that day! She became short tempered and started to scold the waiting customers at the counter, AND the drive through for lack of patience. I went to the counter to ask a question about the soda machine, before I could even ask the question, she started yelling at me.A friend of hers came in after 3 other people, and received his order immediately.The lady putting together the sandwiches was extremely slow new maybe? She should not have been alone.I am shocked that location is still open. I don't go there often, but each time has been an unpleasant experience.... this was the worst!

Absolutely terrible. What was I thinking. I removed the burger and ate the bun and vegetables. Never order that food again.

Horrible customer service and store always smells…very slow and unprofessional.
