Kfc - Moriarty

I grew up eating kfc but on 3 seperate visits I was very disapointed at this point. Not the employees. Order food quality, size of chicken and wrong (short on chicken). The first time called and has oh,sorry . 2 times short on pieces called the number on reciept ,no answer.3. and last time short pieces called number on reciept and the memory and got... oh sorry . So now I am a church fan.

Stopped by taco bell/kfc tonight. I couldn't let anyone wait for me. they were all on the back and did what I did not know. went up on the drive and spoke to the manager on service sandra. I asked her about the cooperative number. she told me it wasn't a cooperating business. I asked them to pay the number I have to contact. she told me I was rude and refused to give me information. then I went back in to get the phone number I had to contact. Sandra told the salesman that they don't have a number I can call. if this is the way and wise how the manager treats a customer, no wonder that the employees feel like they do not have to offer customer service. brent 505-720-1534

I never had a problem with this KFC. Great service and great food. Keep the big work KFC. I'm going to get a big bucket of chicken and the fixins and watch Nascar.
