Feedback gevenHowever, I still find myself having to repeatedly ask him to load up my sandwich with enough vegetables. It’s frustrating because I’m ordering a vegetarian sandwich, and he hardly puts any veggies on it at all. We've been through this too many times. I probably wouldn’t be writing this review if he were even just a little polite, regardless of whether he knew how to make a proper vegetarian sandwich. But his rudeness and lack of effort are just too much for me to tolerate. I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this Subway. I'll be switching to the one in Edgewood instead. Great job, kid.
It appears that they have many new staff members in training. Unfortunately, the meat portions are incorrect, and they try to offer smaller portions of good meat on a half sub instead of a footlong. I had to order double meat for the first time ever because they can’t seem to get the portions right. I repeated my order several times, but the gentleman still claimed he didn’t understand, even though he clearly did. Overall, the service here seems to be lacking competence.
Tavion deserves a substantial raise. His customer service is exceptional. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a Subway, and I know that managing my family wasn't an easy task. He handled it all with a smile and brought smiles to all of our faces as well.
Ordered rotisserie chicken sub on multigrain bread. bread was at least a day old. Hard and crusty. There was no more than 1oz of chicken on it. Hubby had a Subway club, same stale bread plus we each had a bag of chips for $39!!!. No more Subway for us!!! Complete rip off! Price gouging!!!
Local Moriartian , here.Always down for maintenance , out of ingredients, on break or closed. Unreliable place to stop.
