Domino's Pizza - Morinville

This Domino's is the beat there is. Nick makes the best pizza and the staff is always friendly!

I ordered a large, 4 topper pizza this evening and it was terrible. I've had better pizzas from 7/11. The pizza had no sauce, I ordered extra cheese and there were dry spots all over. The pepperoni was burnt and just a lack of toppings all around. No green peppers or hamburger on some slices.. Poor poor pizza. I will not order again. It would be a single star but I found the order desk to be friendly. No excuse for a terrible product however.

Ordered a four-topping large pizza tonight. Fantastic. Great price, fresh dough for the crust and lots of toppings. It was ready in less than 15 mins. I've ordered from Dominos many times and they are always very efficient and usually does not take too long. There are quite a few good pizza places in town and Dominos is my favourite.

I've never been happy with my order, Cheap conveyor pizza, No wing offers, Very few toppings, unless you add that will costly and defeat the purpose of the offers, There is much better pizza in the city

Really disappointed to get home 20 mins away from morinville (rural sturgeon county) and find donair pizza just bought has no cheese. Call the store and the first guy says “there’s cheese under the toppings”. I ordered this pizza many times and can see cheese all over normally. Ask to speak to a manager and the manager says the cheese is under the toppings and melted into the sauce. Have a look and there’s barely any cheese at all and it’s not melted at all. There’s like virtually nothing. We tell the manager we’re not happy with this pizza and he says to come back and he will show us the cheese or put more on. We said we aren’t driving 20 mins back to morinville and back home again for you to show us the 12 flakes of cheese hiding under toppings lol . It would take 80 mins in total to come back and for you to argue and pull out your magnifying glass and show us that there’s cheese on it or sprinkle some more on. Ridiculous. I said I would be willing to come back for another fresh pizza with more cheese but manager wasn’t willing to provide that. Asked for a different manager- someone who wants to retain a satisfied long time customer but was told he was the only manager. So disappointing! Bad customer service. Id appreciate a new pizza or credit for this and talk to your manager on duty tonight. How can I upload a photo of this sad pizza?
