Anyway, they offered us free coffee or tee, but we were politely rejected. ps: the toilet was also dirty.
That was a nice little sound that was torn away in a small back alley. many outdoor seating places, but also a lot inside, some of them in an opposite with a small stage that hosts evening music gigs from time to time. really quite quirky and...fun atmosphere, including light inserts built into what look like water pipes. very good service, many menu choices, including the plate of the day, frying in a light mushroom sauce. and the salat was not only the usual salat, but a mixed byalad containing small pieces of melone. super croque-monsieur, good desserts, including tasty chocolate mousse served in a Kilner circus. the only part was that many of the articles were not available on the printed menu (which our waiter handed over to us). when I tried to order a few wee from the list on our table, I was told that they were not available as the list was not from the date. Of course, this must be sorted out, otherwise a very pleasant lunch.
Slightly difficult to find, but well worth it. Very friendly atmosphere helpful and raedy to explain aspects of the menu, the dish of the day, we had Coq au Vin, seems to be a good choice. A lot of students in, we were there at...lunch time, so obviously very popular well worth looking for!!
Situated in a sunny spot opossite the market place in old Morlaix on a corner of a street of interesting old buildings. This is a great palce for a lunch break. Plat de jour and salad was only 10.50 euros and was beautifully served but...there were also numerous cheaper options including half a baguette filled with a variety of choices of fillings which started from 3.50 euros. Portions were vast and nicely served. Service was fast and friendly and despite it being busy no one hutried us off once we had finished. I would highly recommend
The food at the cafe is good, but on Saturday it could be an hour or more for service. We have tried the place a few times, and it is open on Sunday's. Service on Sunday is much better, if only because it's not as...busy.
