I always hate to do it I hate giving one star reviews but I always say that ratings are earned, not given.

1 star for this awful hotel. On booking in we were told there were no staff to give us a key- an hour later that the room hadn't been cleaned and then an

Waffles with ice cream. We purchased vouchers on Groupon and was very disappointed with the quality of the ice cream. Cookie and cream for example has bits cookie (well supposed to) this ice cream was like a cream base with no cookie. I don't recommended this place for ice cream. I must say that the waffle itself was lovely. The voucher also included a drink, we chose hot chocolate and flat white coffee, again the Chocolate wasn't real chocolate (probably cocoa) as it wasn't very sweet.
