Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - Morley

I enjoy the food at this restaurant, but the overall experience can be inconsistent with regards to both the food and service.

I absolutely love this restaurant! It's the kind of place you could keep coming back to over and over again. Favorite dishes: the slow-cooked lamb (incredibly tender) and the grilled items.

Today, my daughters treated the family to lunch at Brika and we were impressed by the amazing aroma even before arriving at the restaurant.

I am a regular early morning coffee customer of Maccas Morley. I usually get there about 5.30 to 6 am but according to my receipt today I arrived at 7.00 am. I was welcomed by a group of 4 young people dressed in school uniform were doing their best to make false orders on the peopleless ordering system. [ Oh yes, there used to be 5 or so cash points but these have been replaced by touch screen ordering stations [ just 1 register left ] that are often out of receipt paper and often not logged in early - I have told the staff at the McCafe but they are powerless to do anything about such matters ] great for customer who JUST LOVE computers taking away local jobs!] I called them out but was meet with a tirade of abuse " What;s it got to with you you [ too not family friendly to write - use your imagination ]So I needn't describe who these 4 young students were. The McDonalds' stff didn't do anything about the ensuing fracas as one of the youngsters threatened to punch me. The comments I got from other diners were that they come every morning and the staff can't get them to act any differently. Why doesn't the ownership of McDonalds, local if you believe the picture on the wall, do something about this.

" - just use the Touch / Menu Screen .. to choose Step 1 - choice of 3 buns ! then your pick of meat / chicken / salads / sauces ..! French-fries are delicious when served , freshly cooked / still hot .. little salt ..Of course great coffee's / Seniors Discount .. free papers .. ample free parkingTables left messy ... should have area for Seniors set separate .. thanks !
