Feedback gevenI’ve ordered from here about four times now, and each experience has been fantastic. The burgers are outstanding, and we've also tried the chicken tenders, which are both flavorful and crispy!
The food was fantastic and generously portioned, but the prices were quite steep. A burger, six wings, and loaded fries cost $45.00, which is more than what we could have spent on a steak dinner elsewhere.
I'm going to give them a 3-star review. Our daughter and her boyfriend were visiting, and we were trying to decide what to have for dinner. Since he works as a cook locally, he suggested Burgery. We ordered three burgers, boneless chicken, and loaded fries. The burgers were fantastic, and the loaded fries were great too. However, the boneless chicken... WOW! It was way overcooked! My wife even compared it to chicken jerky. If I hadn't had a serrated steak knife, I wouldn't have been able to eat it; it was that overcooked. So aside from the chicken, the burgers and fries were really good.
I ordered delivery tonight, hoping for a great burger, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. Two of the burgers I received were incorrect and both were overcooked. I admit I can be particular about burgers, but these were just unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was no phone number to contact them directly. I had to use a chat box, and they informed me that a manager would reach out to me. We'll see how that goes. The manager did call and offered me either two replacement burgers or a credit for two burgers. Even so, I’m likely not going to order from them again.
I attempted to place an order online, but I couldn't get past the cash payment option. My second try was to call, but the automated voice just told me to text my order instead! This was a complete waste of my time. Businesses really need to answer their phones for various reasons. Customer service is lacking!
