She was lazy in responding to my only question about the sauce, claiming the container was empty and refusing to refill it with new sauce when asked. This experience confirmed what I had heard about the Route 10 branch in Morris Plains, NJ being subpar. I will not return and do not recommend it to others. There are several other stores in this plaza where you can eat and receive better treatment
Worst place, worst service and unhygienic had food poisoning after eating here, be very careful.
I'm sitting here right now and looking around at how horrible this chipotle is. The people behind the counter were so freaking rude and disrespectful. If you don't like your job then leave! Every single employee behind the counter except for the lady that rang our order clearly needs to be fired. There were six employees in a spot that could be run with only 3 total.
I am very sorry, I hate writing negative reviews. Chipotle is our favorite counter service place, and this is definitely one of the worst locations of Chipotle that we have gone to. We have gone several times, and the service is always incredibly slow. They are often out of key ingredients (tonight they were out of both chips and guacamole). They also skimp on the ingredients for the burritos, saying that they need to make sure that they have enough for everyone. It sounds like corporate is not helping this store nearly enough.
Chipotle in general has gone downhill over the years, and this Chipotle in particular is abysmal. I came here on 7:30pm on a weekday, and they were out of several different ingredients which they apparently could not replenish. They close at 10pm. I still paid full price for a meal that was missing half the ingredients I normally order. The sad part is that this is not the first time this has happened here. On top of that, the employees are out of control. Rude to customers and screaming to each other across the restaurant. Terrible experience. Please don't eat here.
