Feedback gevenIt is very discouraging to edit this review and take away a star, but I am very disappointed in the management team of my last visit 6/5/22. There was a problem from the beginning regarding the ride thru I sat there waiting for always to give my order, but no one said something so that I did it in the reverse direction and went back and forth, but nothing. So I went up and called the lady in front of me, she asked if they had taken her order, she says good work. Okay, so I stopped again and even more chased to the speaker, finally a guy answers to my order. You need to know how frustrating that was. Anyway, I'm standing on the window asking what happened and telling them if it's better to let someone know that you're gonna be with them in a minute, I just got excuses, so I ask you to talk to management. I'll explain to them and what do I get, more excuses. What bothered me most about this ordeal is not a service or management person excuses me for my bad experience. For a place I kept so high, it hurts me to take a star away. Below is my review from the past! The best of the best! I'm never disappointed, shortened or experienced a bad service. In fact, Arby's employees in Morristown are always professional and friendly. The food is delicious and the menu always offers something for everyone and the portions are just right. Please note to open a shop at the eastern end, I know it will remain busy.
I tried the bacon/brisket Flatbread sandwich and it was really good. It could have used more sauce on it though. The crinkled fries were tasty. But we're lukewarm at best.
This restaurant is about two and a half hours from my home, but it’s always worth the trip for a great meal. Arby’s consistently delivers delicious and satisfying food. The place was clean, including the bathroom. Our meals were fantastic, and despite the restaurant being busy, our food was served quickly. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by!
The food was good and fresh. However, it seemed like there were some extra staff members just standing around instead of helping out. If you have enough people to manage things, and 4 or 5 of them need to use the bathroom, they could also be cleaning tables. Many were just chatting, laughing, and then leaving. Aside from the service, the food itself was enjoyable.
I ordered the French dinner while my wife chose the crispy fish sandwich, and we both really enjoyed our meals! The service was a bit slow, but I understand how challenging it can be to find dedicated staff these days, so I can see they might be a little understaffed.
