Feedback gevenWhy is it like a meat cabinet all the time? Workers who even wear jackets make no sense. I understand they are sometimes busy, but it took 30 minutes to get 4 hot and finished pizzas.
Management needs to improve communication about balancing friendly customer interactions with efficiency. Tonight was busy, yet I noticed a stack of pizzas waiting in the portal for pick-up. While a cheerful employee was engaging with customers, this led to delays. The portal system seems effective when utilized properly, so it would be beneficial to make better use of it. Some customers ended up waiting for an hour, which is not acceptable. It's time to step up and enhance the overall experience.
The cashier was a young man who lacked proper etiquette. He sipped from a two-liter bottle of root beer while taking orders and allowing customers to enter their own names on the keyboard. I won't be returning, nor would I recommend this place to others.
Despite how busy they were, the food was excellent. The staff worked together seamlessly as a team. There were no delays, and they attended to my needs promptly. I visited on a Saturday, which coincided with the UT versus Florida game.
Wings were great this time pizzas were too. He sure to check wings to make sure they're not dried out before you leave the restaurant.
