American Airlines Admirals Club

I was forced to check my carry-on because overheads were full of quite a 50-year legacy of xmas ornaments are crushed, niemind must wait 30 minutes for baggage as I NIE check a bag. Guess what? I'm on board and I took pictures when I got into the hall. There is room for about 25 chairs at max. I went back, and they didn't let me pick up my bag, be the door where mine was collected. WAS A LOAD OF GARBAGE!!! I like it! DISHONEST! I'll get crazy when I land and go to Boykott AA and tell every faculty member and student the rest of my life exactly what dishonest business deserves. Thank you for showing me my apartment as well as possible.

Unfortunate policy regarding First Class Oneworld passengers. What used to be a first class standard perk has developed to get all nickels and dimes out of you. Have really at the nuts without non-smoking lounge at Raleigh Airport.

It's about how Americans get it. Ice water or soda in plastic cups, candy for breakfast and other drinks for $8 a glass. I went around briefly and decided to find better ways in the terminal area. It may be convenient for a place to rest, but in my case it was more busy than the gate. I suggest that AA take a look at what their international partners offer to get an impression of customer service.

Staff is the best. Very friendly and professional people work here. The lounge is good in every aspect. Large selection of food (and taste). Clean toilets. I am very pleased with the Admirals Club location here in RDU.

Was given an upgrade to 1st class on the short leg to CLT which was nice for boarding and service. The 2nd leg, and the trip back, were coach with the usual tight legroom and width, and service was good.
