Feedback gevenI usually do not leave too many reviews, but wanted to share. I really appreciate it when I came in. The service was fast. Janee was so bubbly and friendly! She was such a sun ray and atmosphere makes you always good! Very recommended if you? again looking for very healthy foods and smoothies will make you feel good, but with great atmosphere and service! Never been disappointed!
After a very stressful morning, my daughter has helped to clean the juice for a smoothie look and melt my stress at the moment I walked in! Janeé was so sweet with my daughter, with her and gave her samples to try. Then she told me when I ordered two smoothies that the child's size is free on Mondays and half the price of my order! Not only can you taste the quality of the good ingredients, but so happy to have a local place to go that feels so warm and welcoming! Thanks Clean Juice and Janeé!
My smoothie took 30 minutes. I was in this place in the past and was never so disappointed. The staff moved very slowly and seemed like they didn't train properly. All around us, about 10 people, us? I'll wait so long. A man said he went through the mall to get into a store and came back.
I wouldn't recommend this place. There are much better smoothie/health food sites that have much better prices. The 3 young ladies who work were distracted to talk to each other instead of turning off commands. There was a person in the store when I came there and it took almost 20 minutes to receive what I ordered. The prices were unjustified for the small amount of tasteless food I received. I won't come back.
Firstly, I have been a big supporter of Clean Juice since I have been working in Cary for the last three years. I have also had Clean Juice host events for my team and I several times and HATE having to leave a 2 star review, however I am quite irritated since my last visit in June with the purchase of the Yummus bowl. I ordered the Yummus bowl as is; when walking in, there was another female that was waiting, then I ordered and then another young lady after me that ordered a smoothie. I watched the woman before me leave and I watched the women after me leave, while Im still waiting on my Yummus bowl. The young man that took my order looked at me several times and after 15 minutes, looks at me and says OMG I 'm so sorry, I forgot your order in which I took the bowl and then left The bowl had no dates since they ran out, and the dressing I wanted they also had out of stock When I got back to my job, I opened up the lid and noticed that there was a lack of lettuce in the bowl Because I am a Manager, I wanted to respectfully have a conversation with the store manager, which wasn 't in, so I spoke with Shaun Stokes, the current Franchise owner. I gave him all of the details and was assured that I would receive a credit on my account for my next visit from the Yummus bowl. Today, I happened to want an Acai Bowl, so I go in, I ask for the coffee acai bowl and asked to use my credit that Shaun assured I would receive. The young lady could not locate the credit on my account, asked me if I had the app, which I do and showed her my history and said I 'm sorry its not there. I went ahead and paid for the bowl, 16.03 today. Because I am GF I asked to have the granola removed and to add extra banana and almond butter. As I am leaving, she says here you go. I arrive to my office to see that she did NOT give me any extra banana that I asked for. At this point, the inconsistency at this location is enough for me to leave this review and non supportive of this location. The owner failed to deliver on his word for the credit, (which isn 't about its about doing the right thing and coming through with your customer and the staff that are at this facility do not have proper customer service etiquette nor care about the customers coming in. Disappointing for sure!
