Ha Ru Japanese Cuisine - Morrisville

I highly recommend trying their beef short ribs and stone bowl bibimbap. My wife absolutely loved the ribs, and the bibimbap was outstanding as well. I appreciate how they serve it in a hot stone bowl, which makes the rice wonderfully crispy. I've also sampled the Yellowtail, Salmon, and Tuna sushi, along with some of their rolls, and the quality is noticeably better now. If, like me, you stopped going to Asuka, I strongly encourage you to check out Haru. You won't be disappointed!

I decided to give it another shot and had a much better experience this time. The lunch bibimbap was served in just 5 minutes, and I received plenty of water refills. The food tastes great and the prices are reasonable. I've updated my review to 4 stars.

Went there for lunch with a few friends. The lunch menu is great, I had a beef bulgogi bento. A surprising amount of surprisingly good food was the conclusion. Service was very friendly. I didn't like the iced tea (from syrup aparently), but I'm not going to knock back the number of stars just for that.

My experience exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, the service was impressive, and the prices were reasonable.

This restaurant is now under new management. We used to visit often when it was called Asuka, but since its transformation into Haru, it has become truly outstanding. Firstly, the service here is exceptional—far surpassing expectations. The sushi is remarkably authentic and fresh. I highly recommend trying several rolls, especially the Fireman's Special and the Haru Roll. I encourage everyone to give this place a shot. Alongside sushi, they offer a wide range of Japanese and Korean dishes that will please any palate. I also want to thank the staff for hosting a wonderful and generous birthday celebration. This restaurant is a true gem!
