Absolutely incredible ice cream! The customer service is exceptional! Ms. Poly was incredibly friendly and has a wonderful personality. I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit and will definitely return! Thank you! On February 15, 2020, I visited again and received the same excellent service along with fantastic ice cream! Ms. Audrey was fantastic as well, providing great customer service!

I've visited this Kilwin's location twice, and each time I've been really pleased with my ice cream milkshake. During one visit, I tried the Chocolate Fudge Brownie milkshake, and on the other, I had the Morrisville Mud milkshake. Both were fantastic, and I'd happily order either one again! While it's a bit on the pricey side, the deliciousness definitely makes it worth it.

I've visited this location several times, and it always feels welcoming. We especially love their chocolate fudge brownie and coconut-flavored ice cream. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. They offer a wide variety of sweets in addition to ice cream. The only reason I deducted one star is that occasionally the shakes aren't blended well, and you can feel chunks in them. Otherwise, I would recommend it 100%!

Everything here is fantastic! The ice cream is delicious, and the service is consistently excellent. This is definitely a spot to savor high-quality chocolate.

I visited this ice cream shop for the first time, and it was a great experience. They serve ice cream by the scoop, and I tried the 'Blueberry Fudge' (which was excellent) and 'Marshmallow S'more' (creamy but a bit on the sweeter side). The staff was very friendly, and we also sampled their 'Apple Pie,' which was good as well. The shop has outdoor seating and offers a variety of treats like Kilwins chocolates, chocolate almonds, and brownies. I definitely plan to return to try more flavors. The only thing I wish they had was live ice cream.
