Maria's - Morrisville

Asked for pork, was served chicken, a back piece which had been smashed flat for grilling causing numerous bone shards in the meat (what little there was). The taste was ok. The fried plantains with cabbage and pickled whatever was interesting. Asked for water, was charged for a bottle.

We drove from Durham to get this food and we?re not disappointed. Food was amazing and a lot! We had the fried fish with a bunch of amazing sides and the chicken with fried plantains. For Dominicans if you like Yaroa this is like a Hondurean Yaroa. Everything was delicious and they had great customer service. Highly recommend!

The food is amazing! Very flavorful and the portion size was perfect. Do not come here and miss out on the rice and beans!

My wife is from Honduras and we are so happy that we found this place! Family owned, super friendly and the food is truly authentic. Baleadas are ON POINT! Definitely coming back to explore more of the menu.
