Piada Italian Street Food - Morrisville

This restaurant does everything right. great vegetable to protein ratio, large portions, delicious fresh food. highly recommend the Power Bowl

My first time eating here-I will definitely repeat! The MARINARA PASTA with calamari on top was delicious. The calamari looked different from what I am used to, but it was crispy on the outside and lightly covered with Parmesan cheese that was freshly grated it was tender and delicately flavored on the inside and came with fried halved green olives. The slight sweetness and tomato taste of the marinara was well accompanied by the briny salty flavor of the olives. Delicious! The bowl of pasta was so big I saved my other pasta for lunch tomorrow.

The Lobster Bisque is the best I apos;ve had. No chunks of lobster but there apos;s ground lobster ensuring a strong lobster taste. Nice bisque to it as well, thick creamy. I do wish there apos;d been oyster crackers to go alongside. Carbonara Pasta--The pancetta I know are diced thicker than the sliced bits here. This pancetta is *slightly* thicker than bacon. I also wasn apos;t impressed by the four large leaves of spinach placed on top of the Carbonara Pasta, would apos;ve rather had them intermingled given time to soak in with the alfredo sauce. Overall I still give it a 5, this place cooks with great quality incredients my negative observations are minor compared to the great tastes.

This is one of our favorite eatery! The BLT Piada and Deluxe Caesar are our favorites. Everything is fresh and made to order. Service has always been excellent even there is a long line. Which certainly speaks to the popularity of the restaurant.

Both the Basil Pesto Pasta and Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade were high quality, tasty and worth the price!
