Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Morrisville

The service at this restaurant was great overall. However, I encountered an issue when I kindly informed the staff that my order was incorrect. Instead of resolving the mistake, I felt some attitude from her. To make matters worse, I ended up receiving the wrong order again. It almost felt like she had done it on purpose. Having worked in customer service myself for many years, I find it disappointing to deal with such interactions. I believe it's better to leave feedback on the website at the bottom of the receipt, as I feel I should also be compensated for this experience.

Cashier was rude, she put her fingers in my cup and that's not good, especially with COVID. The chicken was dry and cold, but the potatoes were hot. It was honestly a waste of money. Better ladies

That was my first time I had eaten by Popeyes. I could go straight up and place my order. An employee who was very friendly and helpful for those of us in the dining area. I ordered the Combo chicken pliers. The cookie was delicious and definitely not dry. The offers were indeed tender and well seasoned. Potatoes and heavy potatoes had a taste I don't know, but I really liked it. The only problem was the beverage machine. I pushed the lever for ginger-ale, but a dark color drink came out.

The chicken was juicy and hot, the frits were skillfully seasoned, the cookies tender and fakey. This airport location cooked our food with the highest width and produced two 5-piece chicken comb meals in no more than three minutes waiting. I had hardly any time to check what soft drink to buy before my meals were laid before my eyes. The prices are extremely reasonable, and a generous two sauces of choice came with the chicken delicate meal There is a seating area next to the order desk with your choice of either spacious cabins facing the interior of the airport, or stool with a view of a beautiful, undeveloped view of the airport Tarmack.

The food was fine, easy access to placing my own order, they had tables to sit at to eat, BUT what I didn?t like was the tables was not clean, then when I was receiving my food I had asked for two dipping sauces because I had chicken tenders the gentleman at the counter that gave me to me one was opened and both was sticky on top, then he tossed them at me. Thats not how you treat customers at all if I ever go back to RDU I would never go back to Popeyes I rather eat snacks before I go back home.
