Feedback gevenThe pie was in the ny style for sure. The right. Taste. The issues I had were in the prep. The toppings were uneven at best. I had 3 toppings and 1/2 of the pie only had 1 in addition to cheese. Based on how soggy the center was, it could have used 5 more mins in the oven. I will try them again though.
Usually Randy's pizza is pretty good. This time around not so good. I know this pizza is as close as you can get to a New York slice, but this pizza was nowhere close. It tastes like I was eating cardboard with parse cheese and a couple of pepperoni. Very very thin. Did not enjoy it. I was hungry and ate what I could. Still a waste of my money.??
My first impression of Randy 's was that the staff was as friendly as a brick wall! I went in the first time for lunch, I ordered some slices, a side of meatballs, waited, got my food, paid for it, and as I 'm walking out the door I realized that at NO point did anyone say ANYTHING to me! Not even a hi or thank you ... not even a smile!!!! It was horrible! I mean this literally, not a single word was spoken back to me the entire time! The pizza was nice huge slices but underwhelmingly below average. Meatballs, definitely frozen and not very good. I did go in 2 additional times to give this place a fair shot. I got good service only 1 out of the 3 times but minimal interaction every time. The pizza kind of grew on me. It 's not bad pizza, it 's just not highly ranked in my opinion
This was our first time trying Randy's Pizza, and we absolutely loved it. We ordered a large plank and weap pizza. The crust was delicious—soft yet crispy. The toppings were perfectly balanced, allowing us to enjoy each flavor. The sauce was just right, not overpowering at all. Overall, it was a very well-balanced pizza. We highly recommend it!
After several frustrating exchanges, my partner took over the conversation, but the manager continued to argue until he hung up on us. My partner ended up going to the store, where the manager again refused to provide a refund. Meanwhile, a girl in the kitchen made dismissive comments that added to the already tense atmosphere. After things escalated with both customers and staff, the manager finally agreed to issue a refund, but it shouldn't have been such a struggle. The manager's attitude was unacceptable; he should not have debated with us. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Both my partner and I have over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry and have a deep respect for it, yet we felt completely disrespected in this situation. Although we eventually obtained the refund we initially sought, it came at the cost of being treated poorly as loyal customers. We used to enjoy Randy's Pizza, but after this experience, we will definitely not return. We made sure that the delivery driver received his tip and returned the food that was literally left on our doorstep. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not expect this business to offer respect or quality customer service.
